This role will focus on the commercial delivery of projects across HVAC, fire suppression and electronic security systems within commercial and infrastructure environments. Managing commercial aspects of MEP projects from tender through to final account Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts Monitoring project costs, forecasting and financial reporting Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP or building services Knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, or electronic security systems Experience managing subcontractor packages and project cost control Understanding of construction contracts Full UK driving licence Company car or car allowance~10% annual bonus~25 days holiday + bank holidays~ Pension + additional benefits
