Role Summary As a Customs Clearance Agent, you will be responsible for processing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and delivering excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment. Process import/export documentation in line with customs regulations.* Communicate with customers via email and phone.* Complete supplementary declarations (office hours and on call).* Stay current with customs regulations and participate in training.* Manage shipping requests and provide booking confirmations. Experience in customs clearance or a similar logistics role.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and customs systems.
