Architectural Technologist (Hybrid/Remote Working)

Our client, a highly regarded Architectural Practice with a strong focus on Sustainability and technical excellence, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team based in Newcastle. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will take a key role in the technical delivery of projects, with a particular focus on the Education sector across the North East. Working as part of an established and collaborative team, you will support the delivery of schemes from Inception through to Completion, with project values typically ranging between £10 million and £70 million. This role would suit a Technologist who enjoys leading detailed technical packages, coordinating consultant information, and ensuring projects are compliant, buildable, and delivered to the highest standard. Strong Revit capability is essential.
