Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Full-time | 9am-5pm (rota including some evenings & weekends) Brook Street Social Care is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a newly renovated Children’s Residential Home in Purley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated team that places the welfare and best interests of children at the heart of everything they do. The home has recently received an OFSTED rating of ‘Good’ with Outstanding Leadership & Management, and the team is now looking for a passionate and committed Deputy Manager to help drive the next stage of development. The four-bedded children’s home provides a supportive, family-style environment for young people aged 9-18 (male and female) with social, emotional and behavioural needs. The service is committed to providing young people with meaningful opportunities including: Travel experiences Educational support Therapeutic interventionsWorking closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the service and ensuring the highest standards of care.
