Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Ilford, IG3 Salary: £50,000£60,000 + £5,000 annual profit share + £2,000 Good Ofsted bonus (£Start Date: ASAP (1 month notice considered) We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead our established Ofsted-registered 5-bed EBD childrens home in Ilford (currently 1 young person placed). About the Role Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the home to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for safeguarding, quality, staff leadership, financial performance, and business development, with a clear focus on achieving and maintaining at least a Good Ofsted rating. You will also participate in the managers out-of-hours on-call rota. Lead and manage an Ofsted-regulated service Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused childcare Inspire, develop and manage staff performance Oversee financial viability and occupancy Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) Minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills Were Looking For An empowering, resilient leader with a passion for excellence, high standards, and achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
