In this role, youll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by guiding customers through Motability and Retail Contract Hire enquiries, providing expert advice and managing the full process from initial contact through to delivery and ongoing support. This exceptional role is based at Volkswagens European Flagship Dealership in West London, Brentford a world-class facility featuring a 25-ramp workshop, its own multi-story car park, and a sophisticated indoor used car showroom. Contract Hire SpecialistKey Responsibilities As a Motability & Contract Hire Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Contract Hire:Handle Retail Contract Hire enquiries, prepare clear and competitive quotations and explain funding options. Administration:Log and update CRM records, follow up enquiries and maintain accurate documentation. To be successful in this Contract Hire Specialist role, you will ideally have: Experience in automotive sales, contract hire, leasing or Motability support CRM experience is desirable A full UK driving licence Access to our in-house training academy for all team members.
