Commercial Interiors In-house Joinery Manufacturing About the Role Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Principal Contractor delivering high-specification fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Projects range from £1m£4m, with occasional schemes up to £16m, across sectors including stadiums, museums, high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors. Youll take ownership of schemes from pre-construction through to handover, managing multiple fast-paced projects with short timelines (typically 412 weeks). Full commercial management of projects from inception to completion Looking after valuations, variations, applications for payment, final accounts Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts Manage 414 subcontractors per scheme and 818 packages per project Experience in fit-out/refurbishment, ideally commercial contracting Strong financial and contractual knowledge 40,000 £65,000 + £5,000 car allowance~ Laptop & phone provided~ Pension scheme~ Travel expenses covered~22 days holiday + bank holidays
