Clinical Deputy Manager – Elderly Care

Deputy Manager (Clinical) Nursing Home We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a nursing home setting. As Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the home operates in line with regulatory standards while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for residents. The successful Deputy Manager will provide strong clinical leadership, supporting and developing the nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding care.
