Chartered Building or Quantity Surveyor – Move into Fund Monitoring Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Overview A leading construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their expanding team in the West End. They welcome applications from Chartered Building Surveyors and Chartered Quantity Surveyors who are interested in transitioning into development monitoring. The firm has one of the most established fund monitoring teams in the UK, with over 30 specialists nationally, and is appointed to a wide range of lender panels. The role will involve advising banks and other lending institutions on development risks across a portfolio of primarily residential schemes, alongside hotel and commercial projects. Full training and support will be provided to help you make a successful move into this specialist area.
