You will be joining an established, multi-site provider of specialist Mental health and learning disability residential and nursing services across England. The organisation operates community-based homes and is committed to person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within CQC-regulated environments. Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee audits, supervisions, appraisals, recruitment, and rota management. Experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing service. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and MCA and DoLS compliance.
