The position is based in Telford, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high service standards while identifying opportunities to increase sales performance. Oversee key customer accounts and ensure all records and system updates are maintained correctly. Look for ways to streamline quoting, ordering, and overall service delivery processes. Support the wider team with additional duties as the function develops. At least three years experience within a sales and customer support environment. Strong organisational skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Proven track record of managing the sales cycle and achieving results. Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and refine performance.
