Estimator – Remote Working

Our client, a well-established leading building contractor, have an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join their growing business. With offices based in Verwood, they provide accredited building services to clients throughout the corporate, commercial and public sectors. We are looking for an Estimator with experience within the construction industry and calculating costs for large projects. Obtaining quotes for all scope requirements from sub-contractors and suppliers within a specified time frame Making use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft suite Lead and provide guidance and estimating expertise at Bid, Project, Commercial, and customer reviews and meetings and support negotiations Experience within a similar role within the building industry Good overall knowledge of the building industry Confident with Microsoft Office programs This role is based in Verwood, Monday Friday and onsite parking is available.
