They are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established and growing London team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across the Southern region. This role offers a balanced workload across both project and professional services: Delivering a wide range of project work, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works programmes Undertaking professional instructions such as condition surveys, technical due diligence, and general advisory services Working across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage and more, supporting a broad client baseKey Responsibilities of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor: Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completion Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed reports Manage refurbishment and fit-out schemes, including contract administration duties Provide professional advice to clients on building-related matters Support with technical due diligence and asset management instructions Work on varied and engaging projects across multiple sectors MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor Experience delivering both project and professional work across a range of sectors If you’re a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor seeking a new opportunity within a dynamic and expanding consultancy, we’d be keen to speak with you.
