Supervisor – Night Shift – Full Time

We are currently recruiting for anAsphalt Plant Supervisorto join our fantastic team at ourTarmac Stancombe Quarry and Asphalt Plant, which is located in Bristol.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate for the role ofAsphalt Plant Supervisorwillassistin the safe running of a busy Asphalt plant and quarry.AsAsphalt Plant Supervisorwill alsobe responsible for: Operating fixed and mobile plants Using computer systems (including Excel and similar platforms) Housekeeping tasks and general maintenanceassistingthe fitting team Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures and encouraging others to do so Supervising a team of Operators and Fitters across both the asphalt plant Regular weekend working Work with other Plant Supervisors to ensure the plant is always running to its expectedcapacityand in line with the manufacturing and productionprogramme To be successful in the role ofAsphalt Plant Supervisor the ideal candidate will ideally havepreviousexperience of working on Asphalt plants or in the quarrying industry, although this is not essential as full training would be given.
