This role does not require specific industry experience asfull training will be provided, however youmust drivehave experience working in a field service (or similar) role and possess excellent customer service skills.As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the hero ensuring customers get the most out of their game-changing water systems, making installations a breeze and providing top-notch maintenance on every interaction. Provide an awesome customer experience from the first call until leaving their property. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, error-free and leaving homes clean & tidy. Record all stock consumption accurately to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts. Complete all stock takes accurately and on time. History of being a star in previous field service or delivery role. but full training will be provided! A valid driver’s licence and a squeaky-clean driving record.*The company offer a competitivebasic salary of £29,000 – £32,000(depending on experience), with a total OTE of £34,500 – £37,500 from multiple monthly incentives & bonuses. This is based on a 37.5 hour working week with regular overtime available should you wish to earn more! Progression opportunities as the company continues to expand.
