Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments Leading commercial management services with limited supervision Assume a leading role within the team and foster a collaborative, innovative environment where talent can thrive Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects Liaising with other managers to ensure good resource allocation and efficient financial control Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Data Skills including preparing cost analyses, benchmarking and dashboard and smart reporting Public/private sector experience – ideally experience gained from some of the following: new build, cut & carve, refurbishment and fit out – offices, healthcare, residential, hospitality, major projects, government and leisure & retail Pre and post-contract experience Proficient CostX or other Cost Planning software Good technical writing, client-facing xkybehq and communication skills A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance and enhanced pension25 days’ holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years), plus option to buy additional leave Flexible and hybrid working arrangements£Interest-free season ticket loan Clear progression routes and global career mobility Supportive, inclusive working culture focused on your development…
