Frazer Jones is sourcing for a newly created role within a Global Financial Services firm looking to bring in an Internal Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role would suit someone early on in their recruitment career who is looking to work in-house in more of a coordination and administrative role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and streamline internal hiring processes with precision and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Manage recruitment data and maintain compliance standards.
  • Support internal talent development and exciting recruitment events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 6-18 months experience within an internal/agency recruitment role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
