Their Residential Conveyancing department is thriving and holds recognised industry accreditations, making this a fantastic platform for an experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career.
About the role:
The successful candidate will join a fast-paced Residential Conveyancing department, managing a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experienced in managing your own varied caseload across all aspects of residential property; freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Technically strong with a solid and demonstrable knowledge of residential property law
- A natural communicator; confident, professional and client-focused in both written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use your initiative with minimal supervision
- A genuine team player who is happy to support colleagues and contribute to the wider department
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property files from initial instruction through to completion
- Supporting and collaborating with fellow team members to ensure the highest standard of client service
- Playing an active role in business development and networking to help grow the profile of the department
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other introducers
- Working with a high degree of autonomy and using your initiative to progress matters efficiently
