I’m currently supporting one of my long‑standing legal clients as they look to welcome an experienced Residential Property Lawyer into their busy and successful Keynsham office.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, well‑established team handling quality residential conveyancing work.
The Role
My client is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ experience in residential property.
Experience across a broad range of matters would be advantageous, including:
- Sales & purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Re‑mortgages
- General residential conveyancing
They are looking for someone enthusiastic, confident with clients, and keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the Property department.
