Job Description:

We are working with a well established, privately owned main contractor with a strong presence across London, delivering complex, high quality schemes across commercial, mixed-use and major projects sectors. Known for its collaborative culture and ability to deliver technically challenging schemes, the business continues to grow across key markets including commercial office development.

They are now seeking an experienced Project Director to take full ownership of a major Central London scheme from pre-construction through to delivery.

The Role

This is a true end to end leadership position where you will:

  • Lead a project from tender stage, through PCSA, to full on site delivery
  • Act as the Project Lead, taking full accountability for programme, commercial performance and delivery strategy
  • Manage and inspire large, multi-disciplinary teams (20+ people)
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, client relationships and supply chain management
  • Drive high standards across safety, quality and programme certainty

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating as a Project Lead / Project Director on schemes circa £30m – £50m+ (or larger)
  • Background in commercial office projects, particularly within Central London
  • Strong experience across cut & carve / refurbishment and new build schemes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sizeable site teams and deliver complex urban projects
  • This is not a step up role – candidates must already be operating at Project Director / Lead level

  • Join a financially stable, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work
  • Work within a business recognised for delivering complex, high spec developments across multiple sectors
