The Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can lead design thinking, craft high-quality visual outputs and bring ideas to life across multiple formats and channels. You will work across a wide range of projects — from global campaigns and brand systems to digital experiences, films and physical environments — often at pace and always with a strong focus on quality and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development of campaigns and brand systems from concept through to delivery
- Translate strategic briefs into clear, engaging and visually compelling outputs
- Design across a variety of formats including campaign assets, presentations and pitch decks, digital platforms along with environmental and spatial branding
- Ensure all work is visually consistent, well-crafted and aligned to client brand guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a design agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, brand and digital work
- Experience working on large-scale internal or external communications projects is a plus
- Excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity
- Ability to work across print, digital and motion-adjacent design
- High attention to detail and craft
- Tools Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working at pace without compromising quality
