Senior Employment Solicitor – London

Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to make a real impact? A growing regional law firm is expanding into London and is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to help develop their Employment offering in the capital.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and grow the Employment practice in the new London office
• Advise a wide range of clients on complex employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across London and the regions
• Contribute to the strategic development of the team and help shape its future

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Employment law (5 years up to a more senior level)
• Strong business development skills and a desire to help grow a practice
• Confident managing your own client portfolio
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
