Overview:

An established Glasgow firm is seeking a Scottish‑qualified Solicitor to join its dedicated Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years’ conveyancing experience who’s ready to take on a varied caseload and play a key role within a friendly, collaborative department. You’ll work across a broad mix of residential and commercial transactions, gaining exposure to quality work while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Role Requirements:

• Manage your own conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Handle a mix of residential and commercial purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers
• Act for lenders in secured loan transactions
• Maintain regular client, lender, and third‑party communication throughout each transaction
• Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth file progression

Experience:

• Scottish‑qualified Solicitor with solid experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Skills:

• Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues
• Organisational and file‑management abilities
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to progressing transactions
