The Role
Residential Property Lawyer | 3+ years experience | £40,000-60,000 | Birmingham
This is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that serve a respected and diverse client base at a local, regional and national level.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, remortgages, new build transactions and transfer of equity.

The Candidate
- Residential property conveyancer / solicitor with at least 3 years experience
- Ability to handle a varied caseload of Residential property matters
- Manage your own caseload of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Experience with Case Management systems is preferred
- Experience of Landlord and Tenant matters and leasehold
