This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, process-driven environment with strong internal support, flexible hybrid working, and a clear, achievable bonus structure.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing matters
  • Progressing files from instruction through to completion efficiently
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, and third parties
  • Providing regular updates and delivering excellent client care
  • Liaising with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression
  • Handling enquiries and resolving issues to prevent delays
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams responsible for onboarding, title checks, and post-completion
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system

About You

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Fee Earner
  • Confident managing a caseload of around 50 files
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, structured environment
  • A team player with a proactive approach
  • Ideally seeking a long-term conveyancing role (preference for candidates not pursuing qualification)

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Quarterly bonus: £2,500 for achieving 60+ completions
  • Hybrid working available
  • Structured environment with strong internal support
  • Clear processes and manageable caseloads
  • Long-term stability within a well-established firm

Why Apply?

  • Reduced admin burden with specialist support teams
  • Focus on progressing transactions rather than full lifecycle responsibility
  • Realistic and rewarding bonus structure
  • Flexible working with a hybrid model
  • Opportunity to join a busy, well-organised conveyancing team
