Creative Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Project Manager to join a highly regarded, multidisciplinary in-house creative and digital team. This role is ideal for someone with c.3 years’ experience in a creative agency environment, looking to step into a more impactful, globally focused position. The role is based in central Birmingham and offers hybrid working on-site 3 days per week. This comes with a salary of £30 – £34k.

About the Role

The Creative Project Manager will play a key role in delivering a wide range of innovative, high-impact creative projects. Working across disciplines such as design, animation, digital, and immersive experiences, they will oversee projects from concept through to final delivery.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same – from brand campaigns and storytelling content to interactive digital experiences and large-scale communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from briefing through to execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content specialists
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
  • Monitor project performance and provide reporting and insights
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows

About You

The ideal candidate will be a mid-level Project Manager with a strong foundation in creative project delivery.

They will bring:

  • 3 years’ experience delivering creative projects in an agency or in-house agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and disciplines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence working with multidisciplinary and remote teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)

A passion for creativity, storytelling, and delivering meaningful work is essential.
