I’m working with a specialist legal recruitment team that hires at an early stage and trains people into consultants.
What you will do
- speak to candidates every day
- build relationships in a defined market
- use LinkedIn and internal systems to map talent
- support live roles and generate candidate pipelines
This is a candidate-led role. Not admin.
What happens next
You start on the candidate side.
As you build confidence and market knowledge, you move into client work and then into running your own desk.
Real examples
- Consultant joined as a resourcer. Now billing £200k+
- Another followed the same path. Now consistently £180k to £220k
This is a proven route. Not a promise.
What they want
- 6 to 18 months in recruitment

- a graduate who is confident on the phone and wants a long-term career in recruitment
You need to be comfortable speaking to people daily and willing to learn.
