Conveyancer (Commercial & Residential) – Growing UK & International Practice
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a role with autonomy, flexibility, and genuine progression?

About the Role
You’ll manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters, handling files from instruction through to completion. The firm operates in a busy environment, typically receiving 50–60 new matters each month, so you’ll enjoy a steady flow of work and the chance to build long‑term client relationships.
You’ll start with around 20 live files, increasing as you settle into the role.
General litigation experience is a bonus, but not essential.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong experience valued more than formal qualification
• A Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer with solid technical ability
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with:
• LEAP (case management)
• InfoTrack (searches)
• LexisNexis (legal research)
