We’re seeking a fluent Polish administrative assistant to work within a collaborative and career-enhancing, prestigious and expanding investment firm.
You’ll support managing directors, associates, and analysts while working alongside a close-knit team of assistants. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across London and Europe whilst also supporting the team in Poland.
You must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an assistant/coordinator who has organised meetings and processed expenses and invoices.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars for high-performing bankers
- Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones
- Organising both international and domestic travel
- Handling expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider team and stepping in where needed
- Providing phone and holiday cover when required
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator role
- Fluent Polish
- Strong diary management skills (essential)
- Proactive, personable, and highly organised approach
12–18 month assignment (initially 6 months) | 5 days per week | £16–£18 inclusive of holiday pay
