Due to a continuous over whelming demand from our established client base which has been cultivated for over 30 years, we are currently looking to bring on board additional recruiters to focus on the Professional Services market place in Malaysia and the UK.
The role will involve supporting an established Director who has specialised in these markets for over two decades.
The Director will primarily be involved in the majority of the Business Development and Marketing, while the recruiter will be involved in providing recruitment solutions to a number of the world’s largest professional services firms, generations of candidates and negotiating deals.
The opportunity may eventually progress into a full consultancy position, where you will have full responsibility for the recruitment process from client liaison and business development to candidate generation, deal negotiation, and onboarding.
This opportunity would suit a recruiter who has an understanding of professional services and would like to really own a market, or an accountant who has realised that they want a more dynamic, exciting goals-driven career.
