This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial law firm in Birmingham, recognised in the Legal 500 for the strength of its real estate practice.
The firm advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords and commercial occupiers, delivering high-quality commercial property work across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development projects. With continued growth in the real estate team, the firm is now seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Associate to support the next phase of expansion.
You will work closely with experienced and highly regarded partners, gaining exposure to strong quality work while building your own client relationships and playing a key role in the continued development of the practice.

The Candidate
- Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate with strong experience in commercial property.
- Experience handling general commercial property transactions.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ambitious and commercially minded, developing long-term client relationships.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive team environment.
