Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 + package

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
- Supporting the management of contract variations and project financials
- Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurements
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
- Working closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skills
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- A passion for the construction and civil engineering industry
