Transformation Project Manager (Law Firm)

Project Manager (and Project Lead) opportunity has opened with a top UK law firm with an exciting large transformation agenda, sitting at the heart of firm-wide change, delivering complex, cross-functional projects that improve how the business operates and the legal services delivered to clients.

The roles are paying £45,000 – £50,000 for the Project Manager role and £55,000 – £60,000~ for Project Lead role, and offer hybrid with 2-3 days/ week on site (in either Northampton, Birmingham or Manchester)

As the Project Manager, you will:

• Manage and support the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Support the implementation of best practice project management methodologies & standards when delivering strategic and change projects.
• Have experience of delivering projects within a law firm or similar professional services.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; including Senior Leadership, Legal divisions, Business Services departments, clients, and suppliers;
• Demonstrate change management and strong stakeholder management skills, adapting and flexing your communication style accordingly.
• Manage controls, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track (and budgets as a Lead)
• Ideally have a project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, Scrum, MSP etc)
