Conveyancing Paralegal – Milton Keynes – £35,000pa + Annual Bonus

An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors in Milton Keynes.

The Role

• Using your knowledge and experience of working as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing to support the teams of Fee Earners and Solicitors in their duties, ensuring File Management with attention to detail and timely Completions for clients
• Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases

The Person

• Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing
• Ideally will have a good knowledge of the procedures surrounding either Post Exchange and Post Completion (or both)
• Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
• Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
• Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
