Interim Chief Transformation Officer – PE Portfolio | London

NSCG are partnering with a Private Equity fund that is appointing an Interim Chief Transformation Officer for one of their London-based portfolio businesses. The company is moving at pace and needs someone who can get to grips with the situation quickly and lead a focused transformation.
About the role
You’ll work closely with the PE Operating Partner and the senior team to deliver a mix of restructuring and growth-led change. This includes people‑cost reductions, some capex decisions, and resetting how the business is organised all within short, practical timelines.
What we’re looking for
We’d like to speak with people who have:
- Experience working with, or within, Private Equity
- A background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar)
- Time spent in Chief of Staff or transformation roles
- Hands-on experience delivering fast restructuring (2–3 month cycles)
- Exposure to tech or fintech
- Experience in both smaller businesses and larger organisations
