Service Care Solutions are looking for a ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take their career to the next level! We’re working with a leading independent law firm that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their dynamic Commercial Property team in Abderdeen.

The Role As a key member of the team, you will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial leasing transactions
• Acquisitions and disposals of property assets
• Development projects, including renewable energy, leases, and infrastructure agreements
• Corporate support on property matters

Candidate Profile We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in commercial property work (leases, acquisitions, development projects)
• Possess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
• Hold qualifications as a Lawyer in Scotland (3years PQE)
