Who are they?
An award-winning independent coffee brand with 8 sites across the North West. Built on exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality and community-led spaces, the business has become a staple in the neighbourhoods it serves.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, they’re looking for an Operations Manager to help drive the next stage of the journey.
What you’ll be doing?
A hands-on, field-based leadership role overseeing operations across 8 sites. You’ll partner closely with Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experience, strong commercial performance and consistent brand standards.
Key Focus
- Drive operational standards across all locations
- Grow sales and improve store profitability
- Monitor labour and manage performance against KPIs
- Analyse store data and implement improvements
- Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Oversee stock control and ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with H&S and company policies
- Support new site openings and future expansion
About You
- Multi-site leadership experience in hospitality, coffee or QSR
- Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the business
- Confident using data, KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
