With ambitious growth plans ahead, they’re looking for an Operations Manager to help drive the next stage of the journey.

What you’ll be doing?

A hands-on, field-based leadership role overseeing operations across 8 sites. You’ll partner closely with Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experience, strong commercial performance and consistent brand standards.

Key Focus

  • Drive operational standards across all locations
  • Grow sales and improve store profitability
  • Monitor labour and manage performance against KPIs
  • Analyse store data and implement improvements
  • Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
  • Oversee stock control and ordering processes
  • Ensure compliance with H&S and company policies
  • Support new site openings and future expansion

About You

  • Multi-site leadership experience in hospitality, coffee or QSR
  • Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the business
  • Confident using data, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
