We have an opportunity for a Highway Maintenance Operations Manager to join a specialist maintenance operations contractor, based in the Midlands.
*This role involves travel to sites across England*
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000pa + Bonus, Car & Benefits
Applicants must have UK experience in managing Highway Maintenance Operations (O&M, Reactive & Cyclical, Winter Maintenance, Patching & Road Repairs)
Additional essential skills include planning and programming, resource management, ensuring that health & safety standards are being maintained, recruitment of new team members, driving down costs and improving profitability, and enhancing the client relationship.
The incumbent will be running teams across several highway term maintenance contracts.
Although you will be responsible for your own diary and time management, weekly travel to one or more of these sites should be expected.
