We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm looking to hire a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy Residential Property team in Northampton.

The Role
You’ll be joining a fast-paced Residential Property team, supporting on a range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Taking initial client instructions and opening files via the case management system
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties via phone and in person
- Drafting and issuing correspondence throughout transactions
- Supporting the Head of Department and acting on instructions
- Time recording and working towards KPI targets
- Assisting with business development and contributing to team growth
- Ensuring compliance with internal quality and case management systems
About You
- Experience within a Residential Property / Conveyancing team required
- Confident handling files under supervision in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Lexcel standards or structured case management processes is beneficial
