A client I’m working with based in the Midlands is recruiting for Housing Options Manager on an interim basis for the initial course of 6 months.
Working pattern: Hybrid (1-2 days p/w in the office)
Rate: Negotiable
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a Housing Options Manager is essential. (You will be overseeing a team of up to 15 officers)
- Experience supporting and overseeing the Conduction of Section 184s in line with relevant housing legislation
- Experience leading the delivery of a responsive and effective housing advice and options service
- Experience driving forward the Council’s Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy
