An international law firm is seeking a 2+ PQE Commercial Associate to join its Commercial Team, based in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester. This is a market recognised practice advising a wide range of public and private sector clients on complex commercial contracting, outsourcing and strategic project work.
The successful candidate will work across a broad spectrum of commercial matters including drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting major supply chain and technology driven projects, advising on operational commercial issues and contributing to innovative delivery models that leverage legal technology and AI. The team works closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate and technology on large scale, multi disciplinary mandates.
