Contracts Manager Vacancy – Small Works to £1.5m

Herts based + site travel

• Main Contractor – specialising in Small Works to £1.5m projects – mainly industrial, education, healthcare, commercial and public sector.

• Expanding due to a very busy forward pipeline of work for repeat and new clients.

• The role will be based out of the Herts Head Office and work predominantly based to the North and West region of M25. Occasional travel to sites required.

• Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager – ideally with previous stable work experience from a smaller of regional main contractor with experience of small works

• Experience on industrial projects will be considered favourably.
