What you’ll be doing
- Leading work transfer activities between suppliers and manufacturing sites
- Supporting NPI / NPD introduction into production environments
- Managing APQP / PPAP processes to ensure supplier readiness
- Working closely with engineering teams on drawings, specifications, and validation
- Driving supplier readiness through risk reviews, compliance checks, and governance
- Ensuring continuity of supply during complex product transfers
Experience you can show
- Experience in NPI / NPD, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering
- Exposure to APQP, PPAP, or similar structured quality processes
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defence, or regulated manufacturing
- Strong ability to work across engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Experience managing supplier onboarding, transfers, or industrialisation
Experience in aerospace, defence, engineering manufacturing, or regulated environments would be beneficial.
