The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters (under supervision), including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Progressing files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, introducers, and third parties
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Reviewing documentation and reporting to clients
- Supporting pre-exchange and completion processes
This role offers real responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to build technical expertise within a collaborative and structured environment.
About You
- Previous experience within a law firm, ideally in residential conveyancing or property
- Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- A law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
