The Firm
A well-established Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong reputation across the North West is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Chester office.

The Role
You will join a busy and supportive Commercial Property team, working on a wide range of matters for developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers.
Typical work includes:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development projects and site acquisitions
You will benefit from hands-on experience, working closely with senior lawyers while developing your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own files with appropriate supervision
- Assist on complex transactions and large-scale developments
- Draft and negotiate legal documents, including leases and contracts
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
- Support business development initiatives and networking
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Completed a training seat in Commercial Property / Real Estate
- Strong technical grounding and commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
