I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business based in Wakefield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process for both UK and international customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order receipt through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with UK and overseas customers
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch
- Handling customer queries and providing updates
- Supporting with export documentation where required
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international customers
- Proactive and able to work well within a team
