Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Build Housing

Upto £75,000 (depending on experience) + package
Kitson Associates is working with a privately owned developer looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing West Midlands region. This comes with a fantastic progression opportunity, as the role will report directly to the Commercial Director.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple new-build residential projects
- Taking ownership of procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting the growth of the commercial team as the business expands
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within UK new build housing (essential)
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for projects
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to be part of a growing business
- Comfortable in a small team environment
