Spirehouse are partnered with a well‑established, reputable law firm in Greater London (West) who are seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied commercial workload and values a friendly, community‑focused firm with a long‑standing local presence.
The Role
You’ll manage a broad and interesting caseload, including:
- Commercial contracts and terms of business
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Asset Purchase Agreements
- Buying and selling businesses (primarily SME clients)
- Corporate structures, governance, and advisory
- Ongoing commercial support for established national companies
You’ll have autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to help shape the future of the commercial offering.
About You
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate/Commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident in handling matters independently with support available
- Commercially aware, personable, and keen to build client relationships
