ISS Facilities are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our national Projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects that support vital public sector operations across the UK.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery across a diverse portfolio of government sites, typically managing around 15 live projects at various stages — from early scoping through to delivery and close‑out.

You will:

  • Lead the delivery of estate projects following RIBA stages and NEC4 contract methodology
  • Plan and manage multi‑disciplinary works across HVAC, boilers, fabric and lifecycle replacements
  • Oversee supply chain partners and approved contractors
  • Provide regular client updates, reporting, and project documentation
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and programme timelines
  • Build strong relationships with multiple public sector stakeholders
  • Support and develop an Assistant PM and an Administrator

This is a hybrid role with national travel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ project management experience in construction or M&E
  • Strong understanding of RIBA stages and NEC4
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to control budgets
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Valid CSCS card, or IOSH / CDM / SSSTS equivalent (required for site access)
  • Formal project management qualifications (APM / Prince2 / equivalent)
  • Experience delivering multi‑site or public sector projects
