Director/Principal (RWE/Epi)- London/hybrid – Innovative Healthcare Consulting Group
The role:
– Lead/oversee a range RWE studies for Global Pharma/Biotech clients
– Line manage & guide a talent team of technical experts
– Stay close to delivery, providing senior level oversight on studies, QC, guidance on protocols/methods, typically leading teams of 3-6
– Contribute to BD, scoping out client needs, converting RfP’s, expanding flowing warm accounts
– Work in a highly collaborative team providing integrated solutions across RWE, HEOR & Market Access
– Contribute to a considered and credible approach to utilising AI alongside tried and trusted methodologies
Ideal profile:
– Experienced RWE study lead/team lead – preferably with several years relevant consulting experience
– Line management experience
– Comfortable with BD, scoping needs, expanding relationships
– Hands on programming/execution of analysis not required, great resources in place for this!
– Experience in a ‘Sell & Deliver’ role
